Veterans Memorial Bridge by Washington Winnona Images

The Columbia–Wrightsville Bridge, officially the Veterans Memorial Bridge, spans the Susquehanna River between Columbia and Wrightsville, Pennsylvania, and carries Pennsylvania Route 462 and BicyclePA Route S. Built originally as the Lancaster-York Intercounty Bridge, construction began in 1929, and the bridge opened September 30, 1930. On November 11, 1980, it was officially dedicated as Veterans Memorial Bridge, though it is still referenced locally as the Columbia–Wrightsville Bridge.

About Washington Winnona Images

Miles’ partnering to create Washington Winnona Images is nothing short of a culmination of life experience, success, and failure. After a 13+ year career in behavioral health from New York to Los Angeles ended Miles chose to turn his passion for photography into a career upon returning to his hometown of York, Pennsylvania. Over the last two years Miles took the time to invest in himself by studying still & aerial photography, the social realism works of Gordon Parks and Vivian Maier as well as obtaining FAA certification as an Unmanned Aerial Systems Pilot. Linking up with childhood friends and reconnecting with family he began to develop and organize a portfolio as well as company that would be the highest and truest expression of connecting his gifts and talents with his local community and the world. Miles brings to Washington Winnona Images and the drone industry more than 13 years of interviewing, counseling, consulting, management and training experience across various industries and topics having worked with individuals and groups at companies large and small. Miles believes these experiences have helped shaped his world view and sharpened his acumen to bring to market a company for the future and the community. Miles Murdaugh is one of two of the late Winnona Smith’s grandsons, a 2002 graduate of William Penn Senior High School where he was a B to C student at best, involved in sports, a host of extracurricular activities including FIRST Robotics, voted class musician and he obtained both his Bachelors in Psychology, Minor in Criminal Justice and Masters in Clinical Counseling Psychology, Concentration in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA.
